The Millie property is situated approximately 40km southwest of the town of Winnemucca in Pershing County, Nevada. It is located on the Kings River Rift trend, which is parallel to the prolific Northern Nevada Rift gold trend. The Kings River Rift is a linear magnetic high associated with several epithermal gold deposits, including Sleeper, Sandman, and Goldbanks. Tertiary volcanic and lacustrine rocks at the Millie property host hot-spring alteration containing anomalous gold mineralization. The target is bonanza-style, low-sulfidation gold mineralization in an area with excellent access and logistical support.
The property consists of 36 unpatented claims and fee land (~490 hectares). No mine workings or mine waste exist on the property and a majority of the property lies beneath shallow gravel and overburden; however, several small patches of altered rock with anomalous gold and pathfinder elements are exposed. Rock samples of exposed quartz veins on the property contain anomalous gold (up to 0.163g/t Au), Sb (up to 259ppm), Hg (1 to 7.5ppm), and Se (up to 29ppm).
